No-fault means certain benefits are provided regardless of who was at fault in the car crash.  Utah's version of no-fault is known as Personal Injury Protection.  Utah law requires Utah policies to have Personal Injury Protection or "PIP".  PIP provides the following benefits:  1) medical coverage of at least $3000; 2) lost wage benefits (these are usually 85% of your income lost because of the crash up to a maximum of $250;  3)  household services benefits: this means you can hire someone to do household duties you can't do because of the accident; usually this is up to $20 per day;  4) funeral benefits; 5)  survivors' death benefit.
